Alright alright. I finally admit that I am ready for fall. For a bit, I was hanging on to summer. Fall is my favorite season of the year. This year, though, I really wanted summer to be a little bit longer so that I could look forward to fall even more.
Then, I allowed myself to play with this set from Catherine Pooler Designs. And then, there was no turning back.
Let’s get serious here – how CUTE is this set????? I mean, I can’t even take these little pie pieces! Yes, I used some of the pie slices that were made to be a stamp (above). But I also made a full pie and cut it up into tiny pieces (below). I see a whole lot more of me doing that in the future with this set. It’s perfection.
Pie perfection, that is.
Also, I bake a lot, but I don’t make a lot of pie. Not sure why. I love the idea of pie. I love fall. I love a good crust. But I don’t make pies! Well, I think I’ll have to change that and do a couple of cards to get in the groove and make a real pie at the same time. I’ll let you know how that goes.
But for now, let’s all just enjoy the cutest of the cute! Oh – and last minute note – these neutral inks from CPDesigns are just as fabulous as the pie!!
